Department of Anatomy , Government Medical College organized a art competition for first year MBBS students, to highlight the importance of human anatomy while pursuing medical education

Students drew the anatomical pictures based on assigned anatomical regions, showcasing their understanding in an artistic manner.

Professors evaluated their understanding of complex and invisible interior of human body , and prizes were awarded to stereoscopic pictures that mimic binocular perception and project anatomical structures into space. three dimensionality was inventively pursued in the pictures.

All participants received certificates to encourage their efforts and appreciation for their energetic participation.

This event not only for evaluating student’s talents but also to empower the impart of art in learning human anatomy
